This is an excellent test primarily aimed at the students wishing to join college or choosing a career. It is a FREE test, of 34 questions, multiple choice questions which can probably be answered in less than 10 minutes. The questions are divided into the following categories – Temperaments, Abilities, Working conditions, Education, Interest Areas, Salary Requirements, Employment Outlook. The report is in the form  list of Careers that you are suited for out of the defined 150 careers. Each career is then described in detail in the context of USA.

Their first letter becomes your HOLLAND CODE which can be interpreted for the corresponding  job  profile.
