Organizational Chart

Determine who will be responsible for the various activities in the business. Make job responsibilities clear and establish methods for checking accountability. If everyone's responsible for everything, then no one is going to be  accountable for anything; and lack of accountability can cause problems in your business. Set up clear lines of authority, job descriptions and methods for checking up on how everyone is doing.
