This would enable you to develop the  specific details of how  and where you will deliver your product or service. The objective of this segment of the plan is to demonstrate, to the investor, your ability and knowledge of the delivery processes in your industry.

Describe the available distribution channels and how you will use them. If you plan to use distributors, describe how they will be attracted, compensated, and the geographical areas covered through them. If you plan to use a direct sales force, describe how it will be organised and controlled.

This section also details transaction methods, such as terms for financing the sale, credit card acceptance, handling of cheques, cash transactions, and method of product or service delivery. Also you must include capital equipment needed to operate the business efficiently.
