Hardly any VC felt that such surveys were not required. Almost two-thirds felt that such surveys are likely to help participants another third were not sure.

Though 56.7% of the respondents were undecided about participation in more such surveys, 43.3% definitely wanted participation in further surveys. It may be noted that no VC was against future surveys. Presumably, the quality of the survey and its analysis would convince the 'fence-sitters' to participate.
