Angel Capital is difficult to source as, mostly angel investors are an invisible lot. They do not wish to be contacted directly by entrepreneurs seeking investments. In developed countries like USA and UK, there are a number of "Angel Networks" which connect entrepreneurs to angel investors. In India, there is no such service available.

Entrepreneurs and angel investors who do NOT wish to be anonymous may freely list their opportunities on this site. They may search and locate the opportunities for funding and investment respectively.

Others who wish to remain anonymous should register themselves with our Ventureahead Angel Netrwork (VAN).  This network will introduce entrepreneurs needing capital to angel investors who are seeking business opportunities for investment.

The features, services provided, charges, and registration & facilitation process of VAN are given below :

Entrepreneurs

• All entrepreneurs looking for venture capital are ELIGIBLE to become a part of VAN.
• The membership of VAN is FREE for entrepreneurs.All entrepreneurs wishing to become members of VAN, should register & list their requirements here. If you do not want your Listing to be displayed to the general public please state "ONLY TO BE DISPLAYED TO VAN ANGELS" in the text box relating to "Describe your business opportunity". You should write this in upper case and then describe your business opportunity under that.
• This listing will be reviewed and matched with the requirements of the Angel Investors registered with VAN. Matching profiles will be forwarded to the respective Angel Investors.
• If the transaction materializes, introduction fees of up to 3% of the capital raised will be paid to VAN by the entrepreneur.

Angel Investors

• To become a part of the VAN as an ANGEL INVESTOR you must have at least $10,000 (about Rs. 5 Lakhs) to invest in a venture.
• The membership of VAN is FREE for Angel Investors.
• Register & list your investment preferences and requirements here.
• All business opportunities matching your investment profile will be forwarded to you for further follow-up and action. You may directly contact the entrepreneur to move the transaction further.
• The fee is only payable by the entrepreneurs; Angel Investors do NOT pay any fees even if the transaction materializes.
